Parking & guest FAQ

Everything you need before you arrive at 146 Duke of Gloucester Street. Codes, Wi-Fi, and check-in details come in your booking message.

Parking

Street parking in front of the house is 2-hour only. Don't count on it for your stay.

Park at Noah Hillman Garage, 150 Gorman Street. There's an entrance on Gorman and a secondary entrance on Duke of Gloucester, a short walk up from the house. Pull up to the house with your flashers on to unload, then head into the garage.

We cover one vehicle for your stay. Send us the license plate (including state), make, model, and color. Extra cars are on you at garage rates - use the Premium Parking app inside the garage. The garage is camera-monitored and uses license plate recognition.

Check-in and checkout

Self check-in with a keypad. Your code and Wi-Fi come after you book.

Checkout is 10:00 AM unless we've arranged otherwise. Leave linens on the beds, towels in the bathroom, run the dishwasher, and take kitchen trash to the outdoor bin. On Sundays, please roll the bins to the sidewalk.

The house

Five bedrooms, 3.5 baths, sleeps about 10. Two full baths on the second floor, a full bath on the third floor with a walk-in shower and large spa-like tub, and a half bath on the first floor. This is a three-story historic house with no elevator — the primary suite is the entire third floor. If anyone in your group has mobility limits, message us before you book.
Washer and dryer are in the house. Front porch for sitting, plus a fenced backyard with a gazebo.

House rules

No smoking inside. No parties or events. Quiet after 10:00 PM. This is a real neighborhood.

Downtown notes

The City Dock resiliency project runs from 2026 into early 2028. Expect fencing, detours, and an active work site at the harbor. Restaurants and shops are still a short walk.

Naval Academy: enter Gate 1 with a REAL ID, U.S. passport, or Enhanced Driver's License. Hours and rules change, so check USNA before you go.
